Reflection #1

In my Instructional Design class, we are learning about the correct and effective way to make a lesson plan. We are also learning about academic language and how to navigate the OSPI website to find state standards for teaching. In it my teacher uses the interactive whiteboard in the class to go through powerpoint slides. The whiteboard isn't exactly utilized in the coolest ways it can, but the effects within powerpoint come through. It allows the teacher to stand right at the board and simply tap it to move to the next slide without walking back and forth to the computer to change it. This makes the lesson quicker, more effective, and easier for the teacher.
